aka German Pancakes
Quick breakfast, from the blender to the muffin pan.

For the batter:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • salt and vanila

For the baking pan:

  • 12 small cubes of butter

Pre heat the oven with the muffin pan inside: 200°C

Blend all the ingredients, except the butter.
On the pre heated pan, add the butter and pout the batter. Bake until golden brown, 12-15 min.

Serve with marmalade and powder sugar
